Return and Refund Policy

If, in the event there is a dispute between us and a customer regarding a Return or Cancellation, we will exert reasonable efforts to resolve the customer inquiry or complaint in a manner that is acceptable to both customer and Storehauz. In such event, the refund is the only solution, we will pay back customer and shall not reduce the amount of a refund on a Return or Cancellation of Goods on account that the customer provides clear reason for such Return or Cancellation.
